Introduction
At Wayllo, we believe your thinking and learning spaces should remain sacred and private. We respect your digital privacy and design our platform to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to deliver a synchronous workspace.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is essential to run your account and save your learning data. This includes:
Account Profile Data
Your email address and display name, which are required to create your account and manage security.
Workspace Assets
All goals, milestones, tasks, habits, reflections, and notes that you actively log to organize your studies.
Uploaded Files
Attachments, images, or study materials you choose to upload (such as screenshots or notes).
Why We Collect Data
•To provide, maintain, and sync your study workspace across devices.
•To power key platform features, such as calculation of focus graphs and habit streaks.
•To personalize your study companion (Bud) and local recommendations.
•To support troubleshooting requests when you contact our help desk.
Data Ownership & Security
You own your data, completely and permanently.
Private by Default
Your notes, study logs, and reflections are strictly private and never visible to other users unless you share them.
Secure Infrastructure
We use Supabase for authentication and database protections, ensuring your workspace remains securely encrypted.
Immediate Deletion
When you request account deletion, all your profile data and study assets are immediately and permanently erased.
Third-Party Services
We use standard industry infrastructure to host and protect Wayllo:
•Supabase (for database storage, user profiles, and secure authentication).
•Vercel (for frontend application hosting and serverless request routing).
•We do not introduce advertising trackers or sell your personal details to data brokers.
