•Do not upload malicious code, malware, or illegal intellectual property.
4. Account Suspension & Service Availability
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Wayllo is provided 'as is' and 'as available' during our preview period. We recommend exporting important notes regularly.
5. Limitation of Liability
•Wayllo is not liable for any loss of study records, files, or productivity due to server downtime or technical issues.
•We provide tools for export at all times to ensure you have a local copy of your data.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service. Updates will be documented in the Product Changelog, and continuing to use the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
